Pay Rate: $20
Shift: 7:00am-5:00pm
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Construction Labourer to join our team. The Construction Labourer will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by performing various tasks. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to work in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and products.
- Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as cleaning, and basic repairs.
- Assist skilled workers with tasks as needed.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and team leaders.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in construction environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
