We have a network of experts that we often refer clients to, such as lawyers, accountants and banking & mortgage specialists.
We are seeking candidates to become a part of our Retention team. You don't need any particular experience or credentials to work for us as a customer service representative.
To properly assist customers with their questions and complaints, Customer Service Representatives need to possess a thorough understanding of the company's offerings. You'll be politely interacting with consumers and quickly resolving service-related problems. You'll make sure to follow protocols in place to guarantee methodical problem-solving and to escalate as needed. Keeping a polite and professional manner is crucial to preserving the company's good reputation. You will also accurately document all of your interactions with customers. In order to preserve operational effectiveness during busy times, you will also assist other departments in the contact center.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need:
· A customer service role with a proven track record is preferred.
· Good IT skills.
· High level of attention to detail.
· Excellent understanding of outstanding customer service.
· Process-oriented and meticulous in every detail.
· Excellent interpersonal and planning abilities.
