Company Description- North American snack foods manufacturer with 10 manufacturing facilities
- This facility produces a variety of snack products in a high-speed processing and packaging operation.
- Created a new Maintenance Supervisor to assist with expansion. Will be responsible to organize, streamline and improve the operations output.

- Salary range is 95K – 115K + bonus (Salary is based on experience and education)
- Provide direction and coaching for a team of mechanics, show by example
- Plan and perform regular and scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance
- Manage a team of employees, including hiring, workforce planning and scheduling, employee relations, and employee development.
- Ensure a safe working environment and promote an environment of continuous improvement.
- Participate in capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical breakdowns to ensure production continues as planned
- HS / GED required. AAS degree / Maintenance certifications or an equivalent of 5+ years of maintenance supervision/ management /troubleshooting experience required
- 5+ years of manufacturing maintenance leadership experience; open to any manufacturing industry
- Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical breakdowns and ability to coach / teach skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good attitude, excellent problem-solving skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Pluses experience:
- Manufacturing experience specifically with Food, consumer products, high-speed packaging, or any high-speed manufacturing experience
- Military veterans thrive in this fast-paced environment
- Able to read blueprints and schematics
- Experience with troubleshooting / coaching employees on PLC’s, VFD’s, slicers, wrappers, ovens, freezers, and similar equipment
