Digital Marketing Manager (REMOTE)

JOB PURPOSE:

eAssist Dental Solutions is looking for a Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager to support our go-to marketing efforts for our media platform portfolio. This is a high-impact, results-oriented role requiring an assertive self-starter who can help execute projects for our team across multiple platforms. You will work directly with Marketing, Sales, and Talent Management to develop organic and paid social media and digital ads to increase growth via sales and recruitment pipelines.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The ideal candidate will have an extensive social media and digital marketing background, with expert knowledge of the 3 major social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Having experience with Google and Adroll is a huge plus. The right candidate will be passionate about creating brand awareness and brand loyalty through digital advertising. They will be driven to understand customer needs, dig into product details, and elevate our messaging to deliver solution-oriented, breakthrough initiatives. This full-time role is on a fast-paced team, with the perk of being a 100% remote position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategize and plan our tactical service and recruitment marketing that will aid in generating industry awareness and pipeline

• Strategize and execute a professional, branded internal communication plan to keep the company apprised of updates, educational opportunities, promotions, etc.

• Acquire and analyze data to determine the next steps for digital marketing improvement

• Set actionable KPIs and goals and collaborate cross-functionally with content, talent management, operations, and growth to make sure they are being met

• Effectively and efficiently project manage marketing requests from sister companies

• Monitoring Google business profile and social media forums, responding to negative reviews and/or alerting customer experience and operations as needed (per our SOP)

• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

• 4+ years of organic and paid digital marketing experience, preferably from a high-growth B2B company and/or agency

• Deep expertise in developing scalable strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

High school education or equivalent

Associates or higher level degree in English, marketing or graphic design is preferred.

GENERAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Must be a professional communicator and have above average writing skills

• Effective time and project management skills, thriving on working in a collaborative, dynamic, fast-paced work environment

• Strong critical thinking skills

• Ability to analyze data and extract relevant and actionable insights

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• CRM experience preferred (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)

• Ideal candidate will have demand generation experience

• Canva, photoshop and/or other similar programs

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:

Typically, to advance to a new job level, eAssisters must demonstrate professional behavior and should consistently be at the high-end of meets expectations or consistently exceeds expectations.

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

100% Remote Full-time role - 35 to 40 hours per week. Must be available during business hours, Monday through Friday. Many of our assignments may require remote meetings, both with the internal team and with outside partners. These meetings will take place on Zoom and the candidate must be available and able to present themselves in a professional manner and have a professional work environment with limited distractions.
