PRODUCTION LEAD - FOOD MANUFACTURING

La Tourangelle is a producer of quality cooking oils based in Woodland, CA. We are looking for a Production Lead to join our manufacturing team on our second shift (12:15 pm to 8:45 pm Monday – Friday.)

The Bottling Room Lead is responsible for assisting in the overseeing of the bottling room productions in our Woodland facility.

This role:

·         helps coordinate daily production with the bottling supervisor

·         oversees shift operations in a manner that enhances the plant’s safety, quality, and productivity standards

·         has a good knowledge quality standards (BRC), all GMP’s and HACCP policies as well as Allergen Control policies.

·         has good leadership skills with an interest in growing a career at La Tourangelle

Qualifications:

·         Prior manufacturing lead experience (1-2 years in lead role)

·         Effective communication skills and ability to lead a team

·         Verbal Spanish skills

·         Time management & multi-tasking skills with attention to detail

·         Ability to work in cold and hot environment

·         Ability to lift up to 50lbs

·         Ability to climb stairs and ladders
