Your Opportunity

Our Visioning, Brand and Experiences group works on some of the most exciting and unique projects around the world. Extending to 27 countries and across the US and Canada, our team succeeds in the retail, mixed-use, urban, corporate workplace, education, and hospitality industries. We develop experientially rich environments through a deeply multiple disciplinary approach.

We are currently seeking a creative and talented Environmental Graphics/Wayfinding Designer to join an extraordinary team of people. From architectural, landscaping and amenities to wayfinding, public areas, brand identity and design character, this individual will support various design phases of groundbreaking projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

Working with a multi-disciplinary team of designers, you will be responsible for performing tasks within all phases of Environmental Graphic Design:

• Concept
• Design Development
• Design Intent
• Final Artwork Preparation
• Fabrication/Installation Oversight

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• An initial working knowledge of EGD practices and fabrication methods is expected
• You will demonstrate an ability to collaborate with teams and clients
• A willingness to learn and be mentored by your projects leads
• Exercise judgement to carry out clearly defined tasks under direct supervision
• Proficiency in Sketchup, Rhino, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), CAD Tools, and MS Office

A portfolio must be provided with your submission to be considered for this position.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, industrial design, environmental design, architecture, visual communication, or related field is required'
• 0 - 2 years of experience in environmental graphic design.

Pay transparency laws require employers to provide the following information for positions that may be in the following jurisdiction(s):

Salary Range(s):

• $55,000 - $77,000 (CA, CO, WA locations only)

The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
