PEAK Events Services Tent Division is in the business of creating space. We build temporary structures that can be utilized for anything, from the most elegant wedding to emergency medical spaces to temporary cafeteria spaces. The Tent division offers so much more than just tents. We have elevated Scaffold flooring, custom-built Flooring, Full Interior build-outs, Several Floor Coverings, Basic Lighting, Power, HVAC, and Custom-Built Décor. Our team comprises all construction trades working together with lots of crossovers. Working for the Tent Division, you will learn to become a "Swiss army knife" that can troubleshoot and problem solve anything in a fast-paced environment while continually providing the best customer experience. We are looking for people with any construction experience that want to take their career to the Next Level.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Construction, installation, and removal of multiple styles of stages, floors, and tent structures
• Installation of Vinyl Floor Coverings, Astroturf, Carpet, and Custom Wood Flooring
• Installation of Custom Stairs, Ramps, and Railings
• Ability to safely use essential carpentry tools
• Ability to work within a production schedule that includes multiple vendor partners.
• Ability to read a sketch on job sites.
• Help build and create "Custom Projects."
• Ensure safe installation and removal of all PEAK equipment in a timely manner.
• Inspect all fabric and equipment for proper installation and removal. Identify, record, and report any damage to PEAK equipment.
• Support all Field Supervisors and participate in all Tent installer training programs.
• Be accountable for the proper care and use of all PEAK tools and equipment.
• Safely operate all PEAK vehicles and equipment on job sites. Report damage and misuse to management in a timely manner.
• Loading and unloading of trucks on work site
• Carrying of materials from truck to installation site location
• Create a positive atmosphere

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• A driver's license is a plus but not required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Must be able to work non-traditional hours. (early mornings, nights, weekends, and long days)
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Must be professional in appearance and behavior.
• Respectful interactions with the multi-lingual team, leaders, and clients
• Mass H.E.L., Mass C.S.L., D.O.T. Medical Card, and OSAH 10 a plus but not required.
• A construction background is a plus but not required.
