Responsibilities:The Benefits Specialist will assist with HRIS implementations and system improvements. The Benefits Specialist will help to ensure timely and accurate completion of certain benefit transactions and serve as point of contact to local benefit coordinators. The Benefits Specialist will be the liaison between the Corporate Benefits Manager, local benefit coordinators, TPAs, and the IT benefits team.

Qualifications:Education and Work Experience
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required or at least 3 years of experience in benefit administration required.
- Previous experience coordinating employee benefits, e.g. health, dental, vision coverage, Evidence of Insurability processing etc. required.
- Microsoft Office Skills required.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Out of state travel required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience with HRIS/Lawson, preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $64,480.00 to $95,680.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
