The Role
Pompa Program LLC is looking for a full time Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team. The Social Media Marketing Specialist will provide services to Pompa Program LLC. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Social Media Marketing, health sciences, excellent attention to detail, strong verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and within a team will and be responsible for the planning, creation and execution of social media strategy in addition to supporting content development for marketing and communication initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage processes that lead to consistent and relevant content on external marketing channels, primarily focused on social media & health
Monitor and interact with client social media channels
Work collaboratively with departments to identify content opportunities, collect assets and write messaging
Assist CMO with strategy, planning and execution of health & Pompa Program LLC content
Stay up to date on social trends and best practices, sharing insights to drive continuous improvement and brainstorm new ways to engage with the health & Pompa Program LLC community
Create daily content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube shorts, and other social media websites
Update Social Media accounts, edit and manage
Create new ideas related to the business
Support the team in developing a social strategy
Update TikTok & social media accounts, edit and manage
Grow TikTok & social media follower count
Assist with planning, meeting, and coordinating events and videos
Other administrative duties
Qualifications
2-3 years Social Media Marketing experience
Strong knowledge and background in Holistic Health & Alternative Medicine
Interest in learning about Dr Pompa & Pompa Program LLC
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent field or equal experience.
Superior organizational and time management skills with an impeccable attention to detail
Prior experience developing social media strategy, scheduling campaigns, monitor community engagement, tracking/reporting, and analytics
Proficient with social media management software and social tools
Team player with a strong work ethic; promotes and enjoys a creative work environment
Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex projects
Passionate about health, and helping others
Ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems
Expert in creating Reels
The ability for light travel to create videos
