We interview professionals and entrepreneurs who share their stories and advice to support younger audiences with career mentorship and financial literacy. Leveraging a proven track record in viral short-form content, we also operate as a content agency, creating and consulting on videos for businesses and personal brands. Our team manages posting, editing, and strategy for short-form content on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, helping clients build visibility and engagement. Applicants join a dynamic, digital-first environment focused on impactful storytelling and brand growth.
Role Description The Content Reviewer is a full-time, remote role responsible for ensuring that all published content meets our quality, accuracy, and brand standards. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing short-form video scripts, captions, and metadata for clarity, consistency, and alignment with platform best practices. The role involves checking content for adherence to editorial guidelines, audience suitability, and compliance with community standards, as well as providing constructive feedback to creators and editors. The Content Reviewer collaborates with producers, editors, and strategists to refine messaging, optimize content performance, and maintain a cohesive voice across channels. This role requires independent work, timely turnaround, and a strong focus on detail in a fast-paced digital media environment.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate content performance, identify trends, and ensure adherence to guidelines.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to provide clear feedback, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and document review outcomes.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support internal stakeholders and external clients with professionalism and responsiveness.

  • Candidates should possess Training experience or the ability to coach creators and team members on best practices, standards, and content optimization.
  • Additional qualifications: strong attention to detail, familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube; experience in content moderation or editorial review; ability to manage multiple deadlines; and a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Preferred background: prior experience in digital media, social media management, or content review; bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
