Job Description:

What will you work on?
As the Influencer & Content Creator Manager for Melissa & Doug, you will amplify our brand voice through authentic, creator-led content. Reporting to the Senior Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager, you will build and scale our influencer ecosystem-from high-profile macro-influencers to everyday parents and educators-driving social commerce and fostering a passionate community of brand advocates.


How will you create impact?

  • Manage end-to-end influencer partnerships for non-agency campaigns, guiding creators from initial outreach and briefing to final content execution.

  • Oversee influencer negotiations, contract drafting, and compliance with brand guidelines and FTC regulations.

  • Design and launch an always-on Content Creator Program tailored to parents and educators to generate high-quality user-generated content (UGC).

  • Drive lower-funnel conversion by managing affiliate commerce programs, serving as the primary lead for the TikTok Shop affiliate network.

  • Manage targeted product seeding and sampling initiatives using platforms like Bazaarvoice to drive early product reviews and social buzz.

  • Establish a streamlined process for vetting and cataloging inbound creator partnership requests.

  • Utilize influencer management platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, Grin, Traackr) to run reporting and translate campaign metrics into actionable insights.

  • Execute curated PR "Surprise & Delight" moments and coordinate impactful influencer attendance and content capture at brand events.


What are your skills and experience?

  • Previous experience in influencer marketing, public relations, or talent management, ideally within the toy, family, lifestyle, or consumer goods industries.

  • A proven track record of managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, including direct negotiation and contract management.

  • Hands-on experience managing affiliate marketing programs, specifically with the TikTok Shop affiliate ecosystem.

  • Experience developing and scaling ambassador or micro-creator programs.

  • Proficiency with influencer discovery and CRM platforms, as well as sampling platforms like Bazaarvoice.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign ROI and conversion metrics.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Connecticut is $90,000 to $130,000 Per Annum. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
