Job description

At Naked Wines, we are all about helping our customers experience better wine, made by independent winemakers, without compromise. This role exists to bring that mission to life on social media. You'll be embedded in wine country, generating high-quality, story-led, behind-the-scenes content at scale, with a primary focus on video.
You are responsible for:
Winemaker Focused Content Creation
  • Be on the ground with our winemakers, telling their stories through compelling short form video.
  • Build and maintain relationships with winemakers in the Sonoma/Napa area to facilitate smooth shoot logistics.
  • Plan and coordinate filming days with winemakers to maximise the content captured during each visit.
  • Work from creative briefs supplied by the Social Pod to create content that works across multiple channels. This may include talking head interviews, b roll and photography.
  • Independently shoot, direct and edit high-quality content with minimal on-site support
  • Be the eyes and ears of the Social Pod in Sonoma - capturing reactive content as it happens.

Behind the scenes (Office based content)
  • Own the Sonoma TikTok channel, growing our presence through authentic, platform-native content.
  • Create and post 'Inside Naked' content that gives our audience a window into life at the Sonoma office, capturing real moments, genuine reactions and telling brand stories.
  • Proactively pitch ideas for 'Inside Naked' content, bringing your knowledge of what performs on TikTok to the Social Pod.

Working Within the Social Strategy
  • Create content in line with The One Naked brand guidelines and social strategy, as directed by the Social Pod.
  • Take creative direction from the Social Media Manager while bringing your own platform knowledge and creative instincts to each brief.
  • Leverage and co-ordinate whitelisting access through winemakers' profiles to enable cross-pollination of organic and partnership content on whitelisted pages to support an integrated organic and paid strategy.

Requirements
You Must Have:
  • Proven 2 years experience creating story-led content for a brand, either in-house or as a contractor.
  • Demonstrable experience self-shooting and directing others on camera, with a confident, natural approach to working with non-professional talent
  • Proficient in short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)
  • Strong working knowledge of TikTok, both as a creator and a consumer - you should understand what makes content perform on the platform
  • Experienced shooting high-quality content on mobile - this is a phone-first role
  • For all US based positions- Must be at least 21 years of age.

We would like you to have:
  • A passion for or knowledge of wine - you don't need to be a sommelier, but genuine curiosity about the people behind the bottle will go a long way.
  • An understanding of how a winery operates and the winemaking process is a real bonus.
  • Comfortable using supplementary kit such as microphones and lighting (provided)
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Business and a keen interest in performance marketing is a plus.

Benefits

    • Annual Bonus- Up to 10%
    • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance - 90% employee coverage, 60% dependent coverage. Eligible from day 1.
