Job description

Organic Content Creator
ImagineArt ·
San Francisco, CA ·
On-site · Full-time

About ImagineArt

ImagineArt is one of the fastest-growing GenAI companies globally — $35M ARR, 100M+ social impressions, and a proprietary image model ranked among the best in the world for photorealism. All without external funding.

The Role

This isn't about polished brand videos or agency-produced content. We want someone who shows up, pulls out their phone, and documents the real thing — founder conversations, product launches, team moments, late-night breakthroughs. The kind of content that feels like you're in the room.

You'll work directly alongside our founders. No layers. No briefs. No approval chains. Just you, a story, and an audience of millions waiting to see it.

What You'll Do

  • Create daily short-form organic content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X — talking-head videos, POV moments, reactions, walkthroughs, whatever fits the platform that day

  • Follow founders and team around with a camera — capture unscripted moments, meetings, product demos, milestones, behind-the-scenes reality

  • Help founders build their personal brands on social — ghost-direct and film founder-led videos, quick takes, opinions, and thought leadership clips

  • Handle basic in-house podcast recording and production — setup, audio, light editing, nothing over-produced, just clean and watchable

  • Build recurring organic content formats around ImagineArt's people, culture, and product — think "Day in the life", "We built this in 48 hours", product reveal moments, team spotlights

  • Watch the numbers, iterate fast — track what performs, double down on what works, kill what doesn't

Requirements

  • Comfortable filming yourself or others on the spot — no overthinking

  • Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or even just native apps)

  • Deep native understanding of Reels, TikTok, and Shorts as a viewer and creator

  • Ability to spot a story in a normal moment and make it worth watching

  • Consistent output — you ship content regularly, not only when inspired

  • Curiosity about AI, tech, and what GenAI is doing to creative work

Nice to Have

  • Personal social media presence — even a small one shows you understand the game

  • Have filmed founders, creators, or startup teams before

  • Made something that went viral or grew faster than expected

  • Basic photography skills for product or team shots

  • Can write a halfway decent caption or hook line

  • Fresh grad? That's fine — show us your work and we'll talk

Benefits

  • Competitive salary in USD

  • Full-time, on-site in San Francisco

  • Direct founder access — no middle managers between you and the story

  • Your content seen by millions globally

  • Access to ImagineArt's own AI model and the latest GenAI creative stack

  • High ownership from day one, no approval chains
