Job description

About LumiMeds
LumiMeds is a fast-growing U.S.-based telehealth startup focused on weight management and long-term metabolic health. We are building the next generation of e-commerce and clinical infrastructure from the ground up.
As an early-stage company, we move quickly, operate with limited layers, and expect high ownership from every team member. There is no bureaucracy here - decisions happen fast, priorities evolve, and builders thrive.
We are a remote-first, globally distributed team that values clarity, accountability, and people who take initiative rather than wait for direction.
About the role
LumiMeds is a fast-growing telehealth company in the compounded GLP-1 and metabolic health space. We're building a brand people actually trust, and we need someone to grow it.
This is not a "post and pray" role. You'll be the face and engine behind our social channels, creating content that stops the scroll, builds an audience, and drives real growth on TikTok and Instagram. You'll work closely with our Social Media Manager on scripts, concepts, and hooks, then bring them to life on camera with the kind of energy that actually makes people watch.
The right person for this role has a UGC and paid ad background, knows what makes short-form content convert, and is genuinely compelling on camera. Not just comfortable. Compelling.
What you'll do
  • Appear on camera regularly across Reels, TikToks, trends, talking head, and storytelling formats
  • Partner with the Social Media Manager on scripts, concepts, and hooks before filming
  • Develop and test content formats fast. Kill what doesn't work, double down on what does
  • Produce UGC-style and paid ad content that converts across the funnel
  • Track performance weekly and connect content decisions to growth metrics
  • Stay ahead of platform trends and bring native ideas to the table
  • Collaborate on campaign moments, product launches, and patient stories
What you won't do
This role has clear scope boundaries, both to protect the brand and keep content compliant:
  • You will NOT make efficacy claims, weight-loss promises, or outcome guarantees about LumiMeds products
  • You will NOT create testimonial-style content attributing personal results to medications
  • You will NOT compare LumiMeds compounded medications to FDA-approved branded products in promotional terms
What we're looking for
Required
  • Proven track record of growing a brand or personal account. We want to see numbers
  • Strong UGC and paid ad content background
  • Naturally engaging on camera. Not just comfortable, actually compelling
  • Fast executor. You can go from concept to posted in hours, not days
  • Strong instinct for short-form video: hooks, pacing, captions, all of it
  • Reliable home production setup (phone camera, decent lighting, quiet space)
  • Willingness to work within FDA marketing compliance constraints for healthcare content (we'll train you, but you have to be open to it)
Strongly preferred
  • Experience creating content in wellness, health, or telehealth
  • Existing audience in the health or wellness space
  • Background in paid social or performance creative
Bonus
  • Familiarity with GLP-1 or compounded medication topics
  • Video editing skills (not required, we have an editor, but a plus)
  • Spanish or Tagalog fluency
Logistics
  • Engagement type: Full-time employee
  • Location: Fully remote, U.S.-based
  • Start date: As soon as the right person is found
Why this role exists
There's a lot of noise in the wellness space and not enough content that actually earns attention. We want to build something different, a brand that grows because the content is genuinely good, not because we're throwing money at ads.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to clock in and execute a content calendar. It's a role for someone who cares about growth, takes creative quality seriously, and wants to help shape what a modern health brand looks and sounds like.
If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
We review applications on a rolling basis. Expect to hear back within 2 weeks if there's a fit.
How to Apply
If this role sounds like a fit, we'd love to hear from you. Please submit your application in English and ensure your resume reflects relevant experience for the role.
This position is open to candidates based in approved locations, depending on the role and business needs. Qualified applicants will be contacted for next steps.
LumiMeds is an equal opportunity employer. We hire based on skills, experience, and alignment with our values.
Please note: This role requires professional-level English communication and availability to work U.S. business hours.
