Job Description

Clarke's Sheet Metal, Inc. is an established pneumatic conveying equipment manufacturing company and steel fabrication shop founded in 1952.

Our steel fabrication facility utilizes a CNC plasma burn table, press brakes, plate and structural steel rolls, saws, iron workers and a machine shop.

The equipment, which is manufactured, is used primarily for the collection, handling and storage of wood by-products. The majority of the equipment is sold to primary and secondary wood product manufacturers.

Applications are being accepted for a Production Drafting Specialist.
To be considered for this position the following must be met:

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years AutoCAD 2D and 3D CAD experience.
• Experienced with AutoDesk Inventor and Vault.
• Knowledge of steel fabrication, basic electrical, plan layout.
• Knowledge of sheet metal design in production environments.
• Knowledge of large-scale layout drawings.
• Strong knowledge of trigonometry, geometry, and elementary mathematics.
• An individual who can work well with a small team.
