Shift Lead/CMA - CA - Georgetown

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Shift Lead to assist the Clinic Manager in overseeing and managing the daily operations of a Sameday Health clinic and ensure client access to care. You will create a seamless experience for our clients by providing optimal customer service and demonstrating your exceptional ability to supervise a clinical staff team. Our ideal candidate is passionate about managing, training, and reaching operational goals within the medical field.

• Assist the Clinic Manager in maintaining a professional environment in the clinic, including upholding the code of conduct and maintaining a positive attitude toward clients and staff
• Ensure that staff maintains an orderly, sanitized, organized and appropriately stocked clinic
• Oversee that all staff completes assigned courses on product knowledge, wellness services, and company policies in a timely manner
• Coach staff on how to educate clients on retail products and wellness services
• Maintain positive, productive, and professional relationships within the clinic
• Assist the Clinic Manager in maintaining appropriate levels of equipment, office, and medical supplies to support the medical practice
• Understand and assist the clinic manager in monitoring monthly statistical reporting of key operations, meeting monthly budget targets and KPIs
• Contribute to fostering staff engagement and productivity
• Assist in maintaining up-to-date staff files of required certifications and licenses

• Medical Assistant Certification required
• 2 years of supervising experience in a healthcare, medical office, retail or luxury hospitality setting
• Knowledge of medical equipment and relevant procedures
• Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and presentation at all times
• Availability to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to multitask, work as part of a team, and take initiative independent of direct supervision
