Top 20 ENR general contractor specializing in military and government projects has an immediate need for a Superintendent for medium-large construction projects near Brunswick, GA.  Additional opportunities are available in VA, NC, FL and PR! 

• Must be able to build and maintain excellent relationships with the client and subcontractors.
• High school diploma and at least 5-7 years’ of experience as a Superintendent on renovation and/or ground-up vertical construction projects.
• Work collaboratively with assigned Project Manager on all facets of the project from pre-construction meetings to post project documentation.  Enforce safety and quality control per government specifications and contract drawings.   

Compensation: $100K-$135K depending on experience, car allowance/company vehicle, great benefit package to include healthcare.  You do not have to be local.  Travel/housing allowance will be provided.
