Job Description

Title: Marketing and Communications Specialist
Location: Chicago,IL (Onsite)

Lead all FST program communications efforts including email, website, presentations, print materials, communications toolkits for campus partners, key messages and talking points.
Build, deploy, and support the use of communication toolkit for key campus stakeholders in collaboration with units.
Identify critical items and create, maintain, disseminate all key messages.
Assignment Length: Initially anticipated 3 months, with possibility to extend or convert to permanent employee.

Minimum Qualifications:

4-year degree in a related field
Experience with developing internal communications
Experience with C-Level communications
5-7 years of internal communications experience, excellent written and verbal skills
Office 365 expertise
Preferred Qualifications:
Higher Education experience

Responsibilities:
•Can build communication strategy (Internal Communications)
•Can work on MS Office 365 tools
•Smart Sheet (Not mandatory)
•Higher Education (Domain) is a bonus
•FST stands for Financial System Transformation
•CMS (Content Management System) preference: No
•Team: Implementing a finance ERP system

Questions Asked:
•Minimum experience : 5-7 years strong communication experience (Internal communication University)
•Only 4 years for degree in communications.

Rate: Market rate

Remote flexibility: Hybrid (As needed onsite) occasionally onsite meetings.

Interview process: 2 interviews (Change management team and Program management team)
