Immediate opening for Machine Operators Weekend Shift at a busy and well-established precision manufacturing company with numerous opportunities for growth. We are looking for operators with Swiss Lathe machine or MILL machine experience. You will contribute to the production and manufacturing of connectors and precision components for industries like Aerospace, Defense, and more. • WEEKEND Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 5 AM to 6 PM
• $22.00 / per hour ($18.00 + weekend differential $4)

Job Description:

• Run/operate machines Swiss Lathes and CNC Mills machines.
• Inspect parts and make machine adjustments as instructed to achieve production requirements.
• Inspect and measure finished product to ensure proper completion of process. Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
• Work with tight tolerances to make complex parts in a fast pace environment.
• Read and follow work orders, schematics, blueprints. Perform basic troubleshooting on machines
• May operate punch press, mills/lathes, conventional manufacturing machines.
• Provide support to other areas of the production processes as needed.

Requirements:

• 2 years of SWISS or CNC MILL operator experience.
• 2 years of machine operator experience
• Lift, pull and push up to 75 lbs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills. Must be able to use a calculator.
• Experience with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Must be able to read and follow written instructions (blueprints, work orders, travelers, schematics)
• Must have reliable transportation
