Position Summary: The Chief Revenue Officer leads the revenue generation efforts for Live! District. Responsibilities include strategic planning; community and corporate partnerships; marketing; budget management; leasing; and tenant relations. With the support of Live! and the Cordish companies, the CRO will develop and execute strategic plans, while ultimately strengthening operations and maximizing revenue. The Chief Revenue Officer will reports to ownership.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Maintain tenant, media, and vendor relationships and act as "the face" of the district.
Translate business goals into marketing strategies and objectives that facilitate overall business growth including creating and implementing innovative and effective sales and marketing programs to drive traffic and increase sales to the district.
Seek new ways to maximize profit and drive the business to continuously evolve to exceed the expectations of our guests, tenants, partners, and community.
Manage leasing process and third-party tenant relationships in retail, restaurant, and office space.
Collaborate with Regional Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager on district and venue marketing strategy and execution.
Manage annual budgeting process and maintain district P&L.
Create strategic partnerships with city government and develop & implement effective community outreach programs.
Leverage third party media relationships including print, radio, and television networks and act as the spokesperson for the district.
Work with VP of Business Development and National Corporate Sponsorship Manager on sponsorship fulfillment.
Drive Diversity, Equity, and inclusion initiatives for the property.
Oversee parking garage operations.
Participate in the planning, coordination, and execution of all district events, including concerts, festivals and special programs.
Develop strategic partnerships with retailers, restaurants, corporate partners, local teams, and more to cross-promote the District and its venues.
Coordinate and fulfill marketing trade deals with media partners.
Lead all sponsorship activation ensuring all sponsorship requirements are implemented into the annual marketing calendar and sponsor contracts are fulfilled.
Oversee facilities management and vendor relations.
Perform related duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of diversified business leadership roles, particularly in a retail, real estate, media or hospitality setting.
Proven track record of crafting and executing business strategies to grow revenue and improve profitability.
The ideal candidate should be entrenched in the Louisville market and have a keen ability to leverage partnerships to achieve the best possible outcomes for the business and the community (preferred)
