Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury)

We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury) to become a part of our team! 

Core duties and responsibilities:

• Propounding and responding to discovery;
• Drafting motions and other legal documents;
• Composing and responding to Meet & Confer letters and other legal correspondence
• Assisting in the assembly of mediation and trial binders, exhibits, etc.;
• Pro Hac Vice applications;
• E-filing;
• Calendaring and date-keeping for assigned cases;
• Miscellaneous legal research, client correspondence, retention of expert witnesses, etc.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of civil litigation experience
• Very well organized
• Good with deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or two to four years of related experience and/or training
• Paralegal Certificate (Not required but strongly preferred)

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Internet software, spreadsheet software, and word processing software.
