Raytheon Technologies has an opening for a Facilities & Office Manager (F&OM). The F&OM position is responsible for managing, maintaining, and overseeing all aspects of a medium-sized office as well as serving as the Office Manager for the business unit.

This includes but is not limited to:

Serve as the primary operations and maintenance point of contact for the facility, manager vendors, oversee the rapid resolution of maintenance issues and repair personnel, and interact with the Property Manager representative as needed.

A critical responsibility of the F&OM is to ensure the execution of day-to-day office operations and ensure office needs are met; thereby, enabling Raytheon Technologies business and program success.

Serve as the focal point for the office, greet visitors, answer phone calls, accept deliveries, prepare/send/receive correspondence, coordinate routine billing issues, maintain and procure office supplies as needed, coordinate routine billing issues, and reserve conference rooms.

The position requires someone who is responsible for ensuring a safe, flexible, efficient, and clean workplace. Post and maintain current all legal workplace notifications.

The position requires coordination and over-sight of cleaning and maintenance personnel.

This role will be responsible for providing data center support and management, organization, managing supplies, making necessary procurements, accounting for expenditures, manage operating budget, and equipment/property accountability.

This position requires effective interactions with other Raytheon Technologies functional entities including Facilities & Real Estate Branch, IT, Security, Environmental Health and Safety, internal customers, suppliers, and compliance entities.

The candidate is responsible to ensure compliance with Raytheon Technology facilities internal policy and guidelines to include preparing for and successfully passing site facility audits.

The F&OM will establish a weekly/monthly/annual facilities management plan to include testing and maintaining standby power equipment and other critical infrastructure.

The F&OM must possess a basic understanding of design blueprints and construction documents. Maintain such documents in an orderly fashion for reference purposes.

Maintaining a contact list of professional service providers and enablers needed to make repairs whenever needed to maintain the facility in operation as needed.

Required Skills:

Demonstrated skills and experience related to leading all aspects of facilities management.

Previous Facilities management position in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, MS Project, etc.).

Effective inter-personal and customer-oriented skills working with many different external/vendor stakeholders.

Possess an ability to resolve facility issues with General Contractors and suppliers needed to maintain the facility in an operational status.

Ability to make tactful decisions.

Excellent oral and written communication skills to include providing presentations to leadership and corporate staff and articulate technical information in a clear/concise manner.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Travel: occasional local-area travel only.

Desired Skills:

Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification from IFMA

Knowledge and understanding of ICD and SCI Physical Security practices, Environmental Health & Safety/OHSA standards and Information Technology standards

Knowledge of Facilities Operations and Maintenance industry Best Practices

Experience in Six Sigma, CORE and change management

Required Education:

Bachelor's Degree required

Requires advanced knowledge of work area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience. May have practical knowledge of project

management. Practical to substantial knowledge of RTX projects, programs or systems with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work.

Typically requires:

A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

Engineering/Other Technical Positions:

Typically requires a degree in Science,Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
