Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a COINS ERP Business Analyst who will be a key player in managing, maintaining, and implementing business processes within the COINS ERP+ accounting solution here at Boudreau. The ideal candidate will serve as our subject matter expert (SME) responsible for working with the Boudreau Pipeline (BPC) team as well as the team from COINS to complete the on-going implementation, management, support and maintenance of the COINS ERP+ within BPC.

Essential Functions:

  • Serve as (SME) for COINS application training and troubleshooting, and subsequent roll out of additional modules, integrations and automation, while promoting accounting and business best practices.
  • Lead weekly meetings with in-house stake holders, consultants and vendors while maintaining, adjusting and scheduling additional training for future and/or new users.
  • Work with various Leadership teams and multiple business units across the company to identify, prioritize, implement, and train on business processes using the COINS ERP+ solution.
  • Assess and identify areas for improvement and opportunities
  • Responsible for expansion and improvements of COINS ERP+ solution.
  • Partner and coordinate with other team members in accounting, field, project management, sales, IT, process improvement and data analytics to minimize unintended disruption to other departments and/or processes during phases of data migration and roll out of new software and procedures.
  • Promote strong leadership, communication, accountability, and empower team members to meet organizational expectations, strategies and goals.
  • Assist in forensic review of potential M&A opportunities. Champion and effectively advocate for the roll out corporate processes and procedures with successful acquisitions, as requested and as required.
  • Perform the job safely with respect to others, property and individual safety

Job Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Business & Finance, Business Process Engineering, Construction Finance, or a related discipline required.
  • 5+ years of experience working with construction ERP software applications, specifically COINS ERP+ software is required
  • Extensive experience planning, facilitating, eliciting, documenting, managing, and training on business, functional and technical requirements
  • Knowledge of typical construction processes in the areas of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Billing, Job Cost, Purchasing, mCDR, and Payroll.
  • Ability to effectively interface with staff at all levels
  • Exceptional communication, teamwork and influencing skills that foster a collaborative and continuous-improvement environment
  • Experience in software deployment and project management
  • Excellent facilitation, organizational, and training skills
  • High energy level, adaptive and a strong team player with a good work ethic
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish is a plus, but not required
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Must be a self-starter, self-motivated and driven for results
