What you will do:

As the (RD) Registered Dietitian, you are responsible for assessing the nutritional care of each resident/patient in the center. You will advise the clinical team, dietary department, and Administration on the nutritional status of residents including lab value interpretation, nutritional intake, consumption patterns, food/drug interactions, therapeutic diets, and overall customer satisfaction.

Must haves:

• Registered Dietician License
• 3-5 years’ experience in acute or long-term care environment
• Excellent knowledge of skilled nursing regulations (federal/state/local) as they pertain to dietary field, including interpretation and implementation
• Excellent knowledge of the aging process and physical, psychosocial and social needs of the long-term care resident population with regard to nutrition.

CALIFORNIA PAY TRANSPARENCY STATEMENT 

Compensation for roles at Hayward PA varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state or local law, Hayward PA provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Hayward PA reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, as stated below: 

Pay Range: $min - $max per hour DOE
