Job Description

Heritage Bicycles in Chicago, IL is looking for one head cook to join our 22 person strong team. We are located on 2959 N Lincoln Ave. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities

Direct food processing and handling
Monitor and manage food temperature and inventory stock
Follow health and safety guidelines
Handle food related concerns
Manage prep and service cooks

Qualifications

Proven working experience as a Head Cook
Extensive knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
Strong attention to detail
Ability to listen and communicate effectively

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.00 - $22.00/hour.
