Candidates will need the ability to interview remotely online, along with a remote pre-hire processing.

Position Summary:

Employee is responsible for assessing and treating mental health/substance abuse/co-occurring disorder needs of patients seeking services.

Developing and implementing recovery-focused treatment plans, which include measurable objectives stated in behavioral terms, providing evidence-based brief and solution-focused individual, marital, group or family therapy for children and adults.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation per agency standards, including progress notes and outcome tools.

Become knowledgeable of, and be able to effectively communicate with related community service organizations.

Respond to crisis situations for current caseload as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Masters in a Human Services field.

Experience working with both children and adults.

Minimum two years of clinical experience.

Knowledge and skills in treating co-occurring population preferred. Ability to evaluate patient needs and provide direct service; ability to work effectively with staff, patients, and community agencies.

Thorough knowledge of rules and regulations (including Florida's Mental Health/Marchman Acts) pertaining to the care and treatment of persons with psychiatric or phase of life problems, including overall treatment concepts and objectives.

Excellent computer skills required, as Therapist will document an electronic medical record.
