Hiring Range: $61,526.40 - $76,897.60 per year

The Recruiter is a People Experience team member facilitating KMHS’ full-cycle recruitment program. They provide reporting, curate outreach material, schedule candidate interviews, generate offers, and negotiate salaries when applicable. The recruiter is an essential member of the People Experience team as one of the first contacts a new employee has when joining the agency. They will also be responsible for upholding KMHS values and messaging through work on social media, job boards, and representation at job fairs.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of People Experience in developing an annual recruitment strategy focusing on Agency goals and initiatives, anticipating staffing needs for long-range growth, and identifying critical positions and potential workforce challenges/shortages.
• Researching job seekers and inviting them to apply for a job, screening candidates through phone interviews, and filling out hiring paperwork.
• Source for candidates via Boolean search, internal databases, referrals, networking, events, and external websites
• Partner with recruiter team members and internal hiring managers to understand the role requirements and candidate profiles for key positions while proactively finding, engaging, and ultimately hiring candidates that would fit the company and the roles.
• Remain current on applicable state and federal regulations regarding recruitment and hiring practices to ensure fair hiring practices.
• Provide applicants with clearly defined roles and expectations, including an introduction to organizational culture and a realistic preview of the role and environment.
• Collect and analyze data and metrics to summarize sourcing opportunities, results, and accomplishments for continuous improvement.
• Provide assistance with physician and provider recruitment as needed.

Onboarding Efforts

• Provide appropriate communication with new hires between the offer and the first day of employment to ensure continued engagement.

Diversity Initiatives

• Assist with developing policies and programs to attract, retain, and promote a diverse workforce for the organization.

Department Support and Additional Responsibilities 

• Actively participate in KMHS events and functions as a representative of the PE department.
• Other duties as requested and assigned.

• Employ exceptional customer service and communication skills with external and internal customers.
• Positively affect turnover ratios via recruitment efforts, focusing on hiring the highest quality applicants with the appropriate organizational fit.
• Work effectively as a team member of the HR Department.

Minimum Qualifications:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or a related field. OR three or more years’ relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of job-related experience in full-cycle recruitment, social media, and marketing
