Restaurant Manager

(Please answer the 4 screen questions) I am seeking a Restaurant Sales Marketing Manager (You do not have to quit your current job) to help me give FREE Money to Sit Down Restaurants who would like to earn $10,000+ per month in residual income. The reason I am advertising for for a Restaurant Sales Marketing Executive is I prefer someone who understands the restaurant industry intimately and is also connected within it who can talk to restaurant managers/owners completely on their level holding a lot of their own credibility from being currently employed in the industry. Let me first say this position does not require you ending your current employment if marketing goals for this position can be met. Eventually my generous compensation plan and company growth plans will allow you to make income that will far surpass what you are making now and allow you to do it from home setting your own hours.

The product will be marketed under Sacramento Restaurant Rescue that is driven by a unique restaurant dining app called BOGOmazing. What makes this platform different is it is 100% Commission FREE with absolutely ZERO cost to the restaurant that actually PAYS monthly Commissions to the restaurants that can amount to $5,000 or more. So to repeat that, WE PAY RESTAURANTS THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS PER MONTH versus charging a single commission or fee, The restaurant does not need to change a single thing they are doing except just become a BOGOmazing Restaurant Sponsor and honor the BOGO benefit the BOGOmazing app features. The redemption cost for the BOGO benefit is ONLY 7% to 11% depending on ticket size. Restaurant delivery apps charge 30% and Groupon 50% on a 50% off offer. This marketing paradigm does shift rapidly as restaurants begin signing up and markets begin to open with restaurants coming to use eventually and begging to get in.
• A person who understands scripts and how restaurants are approached can and will quickly change as markets are opened and the BOGOmazing proof of concept reveals itself to both how many dining consumers it attracts but, also, how many restaurants eventually will be calling to see if they can now get in when initially they wanted to wait and see how the program works.

Also one other key selling tactic, at times, can be you acting as the proverbial hostess and telling the restaurant manager / owner your only job is to get applications from restaurants who want FREE Printing and FREE Money who have experienced more challenges since the pandemic started. Lots of ways to play each appointment and you should understand when and how to play the proper sales person role and tactic
• A person who knows how to get referrals and warm introductions from any and all who can introduce you to restaurant decisions makers. These people can include restaurant owners, managers, staff, restaurant service companies from hood cleaning to liquor sales and anyone else who has natural connections to restaurants.

Responsibilities:

• Present the BOGOmazing Restaurant Dining App using the Sacra Sacramento Restaurant Rescue as the core marketing message in where you are just asking for a restaurant application (not a commitment but just I want to claim on of the limited spaces before it fills in the market).
• Give away 1000 8.5x11 Full Color Take Out Menus OR 5000 4x6 Full Color Postcards to all restaurants visited if they fill out a BOGOmazing Restaurant Sponsorship Application.
• Get restaurant referrals from any and all people working in restaurants and selling products/services to restaurants such as Hood Cleaning Companies, food and liquor brokers and/or any other business working with restaurants on a regular basis.
• Help tweak existing scripts and marketing materials so it is tailored exactly as you feel is most effective for you and your market connections. In the end, you will determine the best approach to accomplish the simple goal of getting a restaurant to commit to taking the FREE Monthly Cash Commissions with the ability to cancel receiving those Cash Commissions at any time.
• You will NOT be responsible for servicing any restaurant clients. Your only job is to get them to become part of the Corona Virus Restaurant Rescue and the BOGOmazing Restaurant Dining App platform. Once that has been accomplished, your only other duties would be to drop off their FREE Printed Materials and to work them for other restaurant referrals. Beyond that, my company takes care of all activities needed to set the restaurant up in BOGOmazing and any ongoing servicing needs or questions from the restaurants

• Previous experience in managing a restaurant and/or sales, customer service, telemarketing or other related fields who is very familiar with all aspects of both in person sales and using a telephone effectively as well as both will come into play.
• Someone who has invested time and money into self improvement to further their sales skills over time and who realizes to get to the top 1% you have to be able to think outside the box at times and look at challenges as opportunities. BOGOmazing is a new concept since no other marketing platform is PAYING RESTAURANTS monthly commissions.
• If you have no sales experience then you will be well connected to restaurant decision makers in anyway whether that is through managing a restaurant, hood cleaning, restaurant food and supply sales, advertising sales or any other industry that allowed you to create a large rolodex of restaurant connections.
• Someone who can see themselves making well over $100,000 per year in residual income with yearly increases and/or has already been in that earning bracket or substantially higher.
• Someone who 100% believes in the Sacramento Restaurant Rescue Mission and the BOGOmazing App who understands where their career can go by meeting agreed upon objectives can be endless. What he or she wants in regards to how much income they desire to earn and how much responsibility they decide to take on at this company as BOGOmazing grows into multiple states is up to the person(s) I hire. You will have the ability to substantially be part of launching other markets.
