Full Charge Quickbooks Bookkeeper

Our company is currently seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Enter Daily Financial Transactions
- Prepare 571L Forms
-Sales/ Used Sales Tax Returns
- Accounts Payable
-Accounts Receivable
-CAM Reconciliations
-Provide Detail Ledgers
-Customize Reports
-Job Costing Reports
-Commission Pay outs
-In House Payroll Tax Returns (Monthly, Quarterly and annual)
-Reconcile Credit Card and Bank Statements
- Prepare financial statements to CPA for tax return.
Qualifications:
At least 15 years of experience in accounting. Real Estate and Construction background in accounting ! Must use QuickBooks and Excel programs.
Vacation Pay, 401K, sick pay and bonuses. Health plans are available and determine on pre trail probation.
