What You'll Do
As a Director of Ocean Freight, you'll be part of our Supply Chain team. You'll get to:

• Manage execution and productivity for $450M in annual spend and 55,000 annual containers of volume.
• Be responsible for rate compliance by ensuring that containers ship at contracted rates while working to limit FAK and FAK+ rates.
• Be responsible for ocean carrier collaboration and reporting for execution.
• Leverage our relationships with NVOs and asset-owning ocean freight companies and hold them accountable to performance, both on-time pick-up and delivery.
• Lead Container Forecasting and Flow Optimization.
• Lead cost savings and efficiency initiatives.

Who You Are

• Minimum 5 years Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Manufacturing experience. Including some Ocean Freight logistics management.
• Ability to communicate concisely, both orally and written, and to adjust communication to the audience.
• Open to coaching, learning and development.
• Excellent Excel Skills required (pivots, macros, v/h lookups, etc.).
• Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving ability. Strong attention to detail required.
