Summary:
The Business Sales Representative is responsible for the sales of small to Enterprise level services.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Bachelor’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent education in a related field of study is preferred
- Two or more years B2B sales experience
- Valid CA driver’s license is required
- Spanish bilingual skills are desirable
- Demonstratable experience in presenting, persuading, and negotiating
Skills:
- Proficient use of MS Office applications including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; teleconferencing applications
- Functional use of common office equipment, computers, and office software
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Commitment to accuracy and high standards for quality of work
- Ability to work with all levels of team members and management
- Excellent problem resolution and customer service skills
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generates new leads with targeted businesses through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, business to business, customer referrals, and partner relationships
- Educates prospects on products through calls, trainings, and presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support
- Focuses on goal achievement and is results driven
- Maintains and builds customer relationships to drive customer retention; works with internal teams to ensure operational efficiencies and service levels meet and exceed customer expectations through strong customer service orientation and excellent follow up skills
- Promotes the sale of bundled products (Internet, Phone and video products) to ensure the optimal solution for the customer
- Participates in out-of-the-office meetings with customers on a regular basis
- Prepares sales and activity reports as required
- Traveling is required for this job, day trips and overnight as needed
Other duties as necessary may include but are not limited to:
- Successfully complete assigned training and examinations, as well as participate in ongoing performance and development reviews, and goal setting
- Be available to participate in internal or external meetings, special functions, and professional development opportunities
- Cross-train and share knowledge with other team members
- Support routine tasks
- Maintain a professional appearance, hygiene, and demeanor
