What You Will Be Doing

Work directly with customers to analyze requirements and provide solution options.
Lead technical design sessions with customers and project teams and the creation of technical design specifications.
Responsible for developing solutions in Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Components, JavaScript, and other technologies.
Participate in daily stand-ups to provide updates.
Coordinate with onsite/offshore to manage regular deliveries for a module.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
Support diverse partner groups in all phases of Salesforce development: planning/grooming, delivery, support.
Deploy codes leveraging CI/CD platform
Lead peer code reviews to drive consistent quality across platforms.

What You Need for this Position

- Min 7+ years development experience with Salesforce.com
- Strong experience in Visualforce, APEX, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Component.
- Skilled in technical analysis and object-oriented programming
- Should have in-depth experience of Salesforce Lightning components.
- Must be familiar with likes of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
- Should have handled at least 4-5 members team.
- Experience using SFDC-related tools (Eclipse IDE, Apex Data Loader, Workbench)
- Good oral and written communication skills, customer interaction skills, and collaborative team working.
- Could prioritize and maintain deadlines.
