We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Field Service Lightning to build and optimize field service solutions. This role will focus on scheduling, dispatch, and mobile workforce enablement within Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Design and develop solutions within Salesforce Field Service Lightning

Customize FSL components including work orders, service appointments, and scheduling

Develop Apex, Lightning components, and automation for FSL use cases

Integrate FSL with other enterprise systems such as ERP and middleware

Collaborate with stakeholders to improve field service processes

Support mobile solutions and offline capabilities

Ensure performance, scalability, and usability of FSL implementations

Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues

Maintain technical documentation and best practices

Qualifications

5 to 8 plus years of Salesforce development experience
