We are looking for individuals who have a burning desire to succeed, are extremely client oriented, and highly self-motivated. Pallet Consultants provides all training necessary to ensure you are set up for success and have a complete understanding of the pallet industry. We are looking for problem solvers who take time to recognize the needs of our customers and offer comprehensive solutions resulting in not only sales but overall customer satisfaction.
Pallet Consultants offers a two month training program focused on product and industry knowledge, CRM, sales strategies and how to achieve sales goals. We are here to work with you and help you achieve success in this rapidly growing industry.
Compensation: Salary plus commission
Top producing Independent Sales Representatives can make 300k+ following focus and consistent growth.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Recognize current issues within our customers operations and offer comprehensive solutions
- Ability to work with our corporate office
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Experience in the logistics/supply chain industry is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
