Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Manager Professional to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Commercial building construction management experience (vertical construction)
- In depth knowledge and experience with commercial buildings and components installation work
- Engineering degree with a PE preferred .
- Experience managing/supervising vertical construction inspectors, and construction contractors
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Deadline and detail-oriented
