Job Summary: The Security Control Center Operator plays a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of an organization's premises, assets, and personnel. This position involves monitoring security systems, responding to alarms and incidents, and effectively communicating with on-site security personnel and emergency services as necessary.

• Continuously monitor surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems to detect and respond to security breaches or unusual activities.
• Respond promptly to alarms and security alerts, assess the situation, and take appropriate actions, such as contacting law enforcement or dispatching on-site security personnel.
• Coordinate emergency responses, including fire, medical, and security incidents, by communicating with first responders, employees, and management as required.
• Maintain accurate records of security events, incidents, and actions taken during shifts, ensuring compliance with established protocols.
• Maintain clear and concise communication with security personnel, management, and external agencies, providing updates on security incidents and ongoing activities.

• A minimum educational requirement to perform the job effectively.
• Possess or be willing to obtain relevant security certifications or training, such as CPR/First Aid, Security Guard License, or Security Operations Center (SOC) training.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively during incidents and routine operations.
• Ability to stay composed and make quick decisions during high-stress situations and emergencies.
• A keen eye for detail to monitor security systems effectively and accurately document incidents.
