We are looking for a reliable and motivated Operator to join our team. Operator Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor the quality of the product and address any discrepancies immediately
Monitor the flow of production, ensure all production processes are completed properly and efficiently
Maintain and control inventory of raw materials and finished goods
Perform housekeeping duties and follow safety processe
Operator Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Understanding of basic engineering concepts including accuracy and mechanical tolerances
Self-starter with excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Understanding of industrial equipment including pumps, motors, valves etc.
Able to lift heavy items and work with machinery
At least two years experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
