Job Summary: As a Research Pharmacist, you will be responsible for conducting, overseeing, and coordinating pharmaceutical research projects within a research or academic setting. • Develop research protocols and methodologies for pharmaceutical studies
• Plan and execute experiments to evaluate drug efficacy, safety, and dosage forms

• Analyze and interpret research data using appropriate statistical and analytical methods
• Summarize research findings and generate detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Present research results at scientific conferences and prepare publications for peer-reviewed journals
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines and requirements during all stages of research
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of research processes, results, and regulatory submissions

• Communicate research progress, findings, and implications to diverse audiences, including both scientific and lay communities
• Coordinate and manage multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets
• Supervise research assistants, interns, or other team members involved in the research process

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy program
• Advanced degree (e.g., Master's or Ph.D.) in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacology, or related field is preferred
• Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of practice
• Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist) is a plus
• Prior experience in pharmaceutical research, clinical trials, or academia is highly desirable
• Proficiency in research methodologies, data analysis software, and statistical tools
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for research design and data interpretation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing research reports and presenting findings
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment
