Production Scheduler Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, self-starting individual to join our company as a Production Scheduler. As part of our production team, you will maintain production schedules according to customer needs, maximizing effectiveness and throughput in all aspects of the production process. Production Scheduler Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement daily and weekly production schedules and targets
- Balance existing labor and machine capacity to maximize efficiency and production throughput
- Examine all aspects of the scheduling process, including historical data, to improve production processes wherever possible
- Report to the leadership team regarding existing orders, challenges, and production forecasting
Production Scheduler Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, administration, or relevant field preferred
- Three years in a production environment, especially in production scheduling
- Strong organizational acumen and problem-solving ability
