Kindergarten Teacher Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Kindergarten Teacher to help educate our younger students. In this role, you will teach a standards-based curriculum to a class of 5-year-old students. Kindergarten Teacher Duties and Responsibilities
- Teach a standards-based curriculum in reading, writing, math, science, and social studies

- Teach students numeracy
- Lead activities to encourage social and emotional growth
- Evaluate student progress both socially and academically, communicating with parents or guardians when appropriate
- Maintain a nurturing and structured classroom environment
Kindergarten Teacher Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a closely related field
- Completion of a student teaching internship
- State teaching license or credential
- Experience as a kindergarten teacher or assistant (at least 2 years preferred)
- Bilingual communication skills a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage a classroom of young students
