Job Summary: As an International Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and skilled care to patients in diverse healthcare settings around the world. Your primary responsibility will be to assist nurses and healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of patients. • Patient Care: Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians, including assisting with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Vital Signs Monitoring: Measure and record patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse rate, and respiration rate.
• Assistance with Procedures: Assist healthcare professionals during medical procedures, examinations, and treatments.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including care plans, progress notes, and vital sign documentation.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques, medication administration, and follow-up care instructions.
• Comfort and Support: Provide emotional support to patients and their families, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
• Infection Control: Follow strict infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections within the healthcare facility.
• Mobility Assistance: Assist with transferring and repositioning patients to prevent bedsores and improve circulation.
• Communication: Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team, patients, and their families to ensure coordinated care.

• Certification: Must hold a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent nursing assistant certification in your home country.
• International Experience: Previous experience working as a CNA in an international or multicultural healthcare setting is highly desirable.
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is typically required, and fluency in additional languages is a strong asset, as you may work with patients from various linguistic backgrounds.
• CPR Certification: Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
