We are seeking an Industrial Painter to join our commercial crew. In this role, you will apply finishes to trucks, trailers, tankers, and various metal fabrications. These coatings vary based on the needs of each customer, although we frequently use a powder coat instead of spray paint due to the difference in durability. Any experience you may have as a blasting operator or using pressure pots is a major plus. Applicants should feel comfortable performing physical tasks in various weather conditions.

Industrial Painter Duties and Responsibilities

  • Set up blast pot and nozzle equipment
  • Sandblast surfaces or remove rust as necessary
  • Mix and apply paint or other coatings
  • Use a brush to coat areas as necessary
  • Notify manager of inventory needs
  • Follow all safety regulations

Industrial Painter Requirements and Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED certificate a plus
  • Industrial painting or sandblasting experience preferred
  • Bilingual communication skills a plus (English and Spanish)
