How to become a mediator?

Though some Mediator jobs require a law degree or a master’s degree in public policy or a related field, other employers only require a bachelor’s degree and relevant training, licensing, and certifications. For a career as a Federal Mediator, the government hosts their training and licensing programs. It may also be helpful to join The Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR), which offers many great opportunities such as job listings in different states, as well as access to industry events and publications that can improve your credibility.
