How to become a change agent?

There are no universal qualifications to become a change agent. You just need a job in an organization that would benefit from innovation and change. You need the skills and experience for a career in your chosen industry, such as a bachelor’s degree in business administration, change management, or a relevant field. Leadership and management experience is beneficial because in leadership roles you have a platform to initiate change and guide other people in the company to get on board with new projects.
