Position OverviewWe're looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of the SKIMS digital experience. While your primary focus will be our mobile app, you'll design across our entire digital ecosystem, including web, loyalty, and emerging omnichannel touchpoints to create intuitive, beautiful, and high-performing customer experiences.
You'll partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data, Merchandising, CRM, CX, Brand, and Performance Marketing to solve meaningful customer problems from discovery through launch. This role is ideal for someone who combines exceptional craft with systems thinking, customer empathy, and a passion for building world-class consumer products.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end product design from discovery through launch and optimization.
  • Own the design of mobile-first experiences while contributing across web and omnichannel touchpoints.
  • Partner with Product Managers to define problems, validate opportunities, and shape product strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished visual designs in Figma.
  • Plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation.
  • Leverage customer insights, analytics, and experimentation to inform design decisions.
  • Contribute to and evolve the SKIMS design system.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Champion accessibility, usability, and consistency across all customer-facing experiences.
  • Stay current on mobile UX, AI-powered experiences, commerce innovation, and emerging design trends.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 6+ years of experience designing digital consumer products.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and exceptional visual craft.
  • Significant experience designing native iOS and Android applications.
  • Experience designing responsive web experiences.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Figma and interactive prototyping.
  • Experience working within and evolving design systems.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Comfort using qualitative research, quantitative data, and experimentation to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in eCommerce, retail, marketplace, or subscription products is a plus.
  • Experience designing loyalty, personalization, or AI-powered experiences is a plus.
