As a Store Supervisor at SKIMS, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading our team towards achieving sales targets. Your passion for our brand, strong leadership skills, and ability to create a positive shopping environment will drive the success of our store. 

Responsibilities: 
·      Lead by example, providing exceptional customer service, and ensure the team is motivated to do the same. 
·      Supervise the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising. 
·      Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff, fostering a culture of growth, inclusivity, and enthusiasm. 
·      Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards, including health and safety measures. 
·      Monitor inventory levels and participate in the planning and execution of merchandise strategies. 
·      Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement. 
·      Handle customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction. 
·      Collaborate with the management team to plan and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and store objectives. 
·      Maintain the store’s visual standards in line with brand guidelines, ensuring a clean, organized, and attractive shopping environment. 
 
Requirements 
·      Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in retail, preferably in fashion or related sector. 
·      Proven track record of sales achievement and driving team performance. 
·      Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate. 
·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service. 
·      Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. 
·      Knowledge of retail operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising. 
·      Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business strategies.  
 
What is expected of you:  
  • Have a minimum of 40 hours of availability per week that supports the needs of the business, including: nights, weekends, and holidays as well as overtime where applicable. 
  • Must be able to stand and remain physically active and move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers for 100% of the scheduled shift 
  • Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift
