Microsoft Digital employees have deep technical and business expertise, customer insights, and a clear point of view that comes from first-hand, large-scale experience with Microsoft and industry solutions. We are engineers, technology leaders and experts, digital transformation change agents, and customer advocates.
Within Microsoft Digital, Corporate Functions Team builds and manages integrated legal, digital workplace, and operational platforms that power Microsoft's employee and enterprise experiences. Microsoft Digital's Corporate Functions organization is seeking a Senior Product Manager to help reimagine how Microsoft operates through AI, automation, and intelligent enterprise platforms. This role sits at the intersection of business transformation, product strategy, engineering, and AI innovation.
You will define and drive product strategy for a portfolio of enterprise platforms supporting Legal function at Microsoft. You will work with engineering teams, business leaders, data scientists, and AI specialists to create agentic experiences that reduce operational toil, improve employee experiences, and generate measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines deep product management fundamentals with systems thinking, business acumen, customer obsession, and a passion for applying AI to transform how work gets done. You are comfortable moving between strategic planning, customer discovery, roadmap definition, data analysis, engineering discussions, and executive storytelling. You thrive in ambiguity and lead through influence rather than authority.
