You are responsible for creating on trend looks that are uniquely Gap – distinctive, while bringing out each customer’s original style. You are an expert in all things fashion and culture. What you'll do- Proactively engage with customers, showing genuine interest in understanding and addressing their needs. Notice subtle cues to personalize product recommendations.
- Storyteller who uses knowledge to make product suggestions feel meaningful.
- Educate customers about loyalty programs.
- Support multiple areas of the store including: sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, back of house, as required.
- Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized environment.
- Style driven, and culture centric. You have a keen eye for current and emerging trends.

To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Not require current or future employment visa sponsorship to work in the United States.
- Be willing to learn and use technology tools, including mobile devices, apps, and registers, used in day-to-day operations.
- Be available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Be able to perform the essential functions of the role, including standing, walking, moving throughout the store, and lifting up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Hourly Range: $17.00 - $18.00
Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
