    Job description

    The role requires a strong product mindset; a combination of business savvy, customer centricity and technical knowledge. We are looking for experienced product managers that have an inquisitive nature and want to solve complex business and customer problems without boundaries.
    • Responsible for single product line development lifecycle for BI/Analytics product and prioritizes across broad initiatives with complex scope; Conducts analysis to measure the results of feature deployments to quantify the business benefit/impact, and identify further business opportunities.
    • Identifies new opportunities and develop technology solutions that drive value for Gap Inc.
    • Builds trust, establishes rapport, with stakeholders, cross-functional teams and user base; Helps mentor and provide guidance to other passionate product managers in the team
    • Manages multi-phase roadmaps across many capabilities both functional and technical
    • Anticipates user needs and desired outcomes and articulates impact across products; Ensure strong measurement and quantitative understanding of services - opportunities, benefits achieved customer pain points.
    • Works with business and other Product teams to develop or modify processes, supporting post-launch change management efforts, as needed.
    • Articulates product needs clearly and succinctly to different audiences and cross-functional partners

    • ObservePoint – Automated Data Layer & Tag Testing Tool (ObservePoint required)
    • Web/App SDR
    • Playwrite

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage data quality product line by helping to drive strategy and roadmap around Gap's data quality products for Web and App analytics (ObservePoint required)
    • Drive improvement in accuracy of data capture by maintaining Tealium data requirements, working with a team to develop automated regression testing capabilities, and creating mechanisms for proactive anomaly detection.
    Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of experience working as a product manager or within a technical operations capacity
    • Experience in tag implementation and automated testing mechanisms
    • Experience managing a 3rd party software and managing vendor relationship with that 3rd party.
