You will work cross-functionally with U.S. and international stakeholders to help shape product strategy, guide responsible innovation, and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions and product categories.

A super exciting senior opportunity that involves working directly with our leadership team. The position is in-office and based in either New York or LA.

  • Develop and maintain global consumer-facing terms and policies, including terms of use, platform rules, privacy-related disclosures (in coordination with our privacy team), sweepstakes/contest rules, and promotional terms.
  • Support privacy-by-design processes and advise on global consent, data governance, cross-border data flows, and other privacy and data-use considerations.
  • Monitor and interpret global regulatory developments affecting digital commerce, consumer engagement, digital content, advertising, and emerging technologies.
  • Help develop scalable legal processes, workflows, and governance mechanisms to support efficient, compliant product development across global markets.
  • Deliver internal training and guidance to business teams to promote strong compliance and product-risk awareness.
