    Job description

    About the role
    We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Manager to lead our Identity Access Management (IAM) and federation operations. This role requires a strategic leader with deep technical expertise and proven ability to manage teams, drive complex projects, and align security solutions with business objectives.
    What you'll do
    Leadership & Team Management
    • Lead, mentor, and develop the Federation Team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and technical excellence
    • Manage resource allocation, workload prioritization, and team performance to meet organizational goals
    • Provide technical guidance and strategic direction on federation architecture and IAM best practices

    Key Responsibilities
    • Oversee end-to-end project execution involving Okta, PingFederate, and Microsoft Entra ID
    • Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver customer-centric, compliant solutions
    • Ensure all deployments align with business requirements, security standards, and regulatory compliance frameworks
    • Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
    • Design and implement enterprise-level federation solutions and reference architectures
    • Configure and maintain SSO systems, workflows, and integrations across Okta, PingFederate, and Entra ID
    • Establish and enforce security policies including sign-on protocols, password standards, and MFA requirements
    • Lead application onboarding using SSO and SCIM integrations
    • Drive continuous improvement in security posture and operational efficiency

    What you'll do
    • 8-10 years of progressive experience in IAM and federation technologies, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
    • Proven track record managing technical teams and delivering complex federation projects
    • Expert-level proficiency with Okta, PingFederate, and Microsoft Entra ID
    • Deep technical knowledge of Okta Workflows, PingFederate configuration, Conditional Access, and Hybrid Identity
    • Strong understanding of SSO, SAML, OAuth/OIDC, MFA, RBAC, and fine-grained authorization models
    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools (GitHub, Terraform)
    • Proficiency in scripting and coding for automation and integration
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
